Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Conditions

 

  • Eligibility: You may return most new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Product Condition: Products must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition you received them.

  • Non-returnable Items: Due to health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

  • Minimum of 3 to 15 business days to process the refund.

2. Return Process

  • Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@wildnectar.in. Provide your order number, details about the product you would like to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
